PR Health Service is a non-medical support service agency that provides a provision of care services, independent living training, respite, supportive home care, companionship, job coaching.

Respite shall mean services provided to a person supported when unpaid caregivers are absent or need relief from routine caregiving responsibilities.

Supportive Home Care/Personal Assistance can assist with activities of daily living, and related essential household tasks, and other activities that enable the client to remain in the home.

Job Coaching teach the individual to independently complete as much of his/her job duties as possible.

Self-Employment Start Up is support in implementing a self-employment business plan and launching a business.

Community Transportation are trained drivers who provide customers with safe and reliable, transport to doctors appointments, grocery stores, church activities and other approved areas.  

Community Support Development can help individuals and family caregivers to develop a network for information and mutual support from others.
